We dont have
all the answers to sustainability, but we are always aiming to improve
our farm and cheesemaking practices.
We have frequent farm meetings
with all members of the team, during which we often discuss ways to be
more efficient or more sustainable. Sometimes we are looking at pathways
to the future, or project that we wish to undertake. Sustainability is
always part or our planning and implementation.
On this page we will try to demonstrate some of our success with sustainability and some of our current projects.
